What vehicles do we arrange transport for?

We arrange transport for any vehicle: cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, classic and exotic cars, and non-running vehicles, on open or enclosed transport depending on what your shipment calls for.

A non-running vehicle needs a winch-equipped carrier and may cost more than a running vehicle on the same route, depending on the vehicle. We cover the continental United States only. We don't currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada or internationally.

Why don't we charge a deposit?

We don't charge an upfront deposit. A deposit is charged only after a truck has been assigned and dispatched to your shipment.

Some brokers collect a booking deposit before a carrier has even been assigned to a shipment — money paid before any truck has committed to the job. We tie payment to your vehicle actually being picked up, not to the booking itself.

Is my vehicle insured while it's being shipped?

Cargo coverage on your shipment belongs to the carrier transporting your vehicle, not to us. We verify that the carrier we dispatch your shipment to holds active cargo coverage before assigning it.

As a broker, we don't carry our own cargo insurance policy on vehicles in transit. The carrier operating the truck does, because it's the one in physical possession of your vehicle. You can ask for the assigned carrier's certificate of insurance ahead of pickup. This page doesn't list a coverage limit, so ask the assigned carrier for its policy limits directly.

What are our hours?

Our office is staffed seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and outside those hours the way to reach us is email. Your vehicle itself can move around the clock, because the carriers we dispatch drive overnight, so your pickup or delivery can happen outside office hours.

Office hours cover booking questions and support. They don't limit when a carrier can arrive. A pickup at 7 a.m. or a delivery at 9 p.m. is normal in this business. For a price, the quote form is the fastest route at any hour, because it doesn't depend on someone being free to answer.
